How to make innovation part of the day to day of the organization
Gold pass access only
When you want to become an innovation enabled company the game moves from investing in external ventures or setting up innovation labs or incubators to creating an impact on the day to day business.
The challenge lays on making it a habit practised by all, rather than something on top of your daily work or done by a few.
Lieven Haesaert and Clara Miranda Escribano will share with you their experiences and learnings on the main areas to tackle to make your transition to an “innovation enabled company” possible.
This roundtable will be an interactive exercise that brings you practical insights as well as the most common challenges in this journey, helping you to develop your own, tailored approach.
Access limited to 10 attendees, no pre-registration possible.
